EASYSIGN

Verify a document

Check that a document completed with EasySign is genuine and hasn't been changed since it was signed. Your file stays on your device: only its fingerprint (SHA-256) is checked.

How it works

Every completed EasySign document carries a digital seal. Open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader and the signature panel shows whether the document has been changed since it was sealed. The seal certificate is EasySign’s own, so Acrobat lists the signer’s identity as unknown; this page is where a copy is checked against our records.

This page also checks the file against EasySign's records: the exact file we sealed, who signed it and when, and that the signing record (a chain of hashed events) is intact.
